Overview
At Ziyams, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
• Please inspect your order upon delivery.
• If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at info.ziyams@gmail.com.
• To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We may request photos or proof of the damage to process your request.
Refunds
• If your return is approved, we will arrange for a refund or replacement.
• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
• Please note that banks or card issuers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
• All products are considered final sale, except in the case of damage or defects.
• We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or preference.
