• We accept payments via Shopify-supported gateways and Cash on Delivery (COD) in Qatar.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery typically takes up to 10 days, depending on product availability.
• Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors are beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you once items are handed to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

• No returns or exchanges are accepted unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us at info@ziyams.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• Refunds are processed only if approved after inspection. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on Ziyams (logos, designs, product images, text, graphics, etc.) belongs to Ziyams or its licensors.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written consent.

8. Third-Party Links & Tools

• Our site may include links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content or services.
• Use of third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify, but purchases are made directly with Ziyams. Shopify is not responsible for any claims, damages, or issues related to your orders with Ziyams.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services for:
• Illegal, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
• Uploading harmful code or attempting to disrupt our website.
• Copying, reselling, or exploiting our Services without consent.
